Recently we had the pleasure of creating interior photography and video content for marketing a home to be sold in the UK. Some of the images and the final video for marketing are shown below.
The kitchen was the main feature of this vast property, which was going to the open market at a £3,250,000 guide price by the real estate agent. Most of my interior photography is achieved with Canon 24mm / 17mm tilt and shift lenses and are shot with three images of each photo which were later edited as a HDR image in Lightroom or similar.
The video is created with a mix of walk through clips using DJI / canon equipment and when it comes to editing the background music is usually sources from SounsStripe or Song Freedom. The voice over is an essential part of the production and this is created by multi award winning voice over artist Voice Of Drew.
